Attend a 4-week Level 2 meditation series that includes breath work, heart coherence, and relaxation exercises for those who have previously taken Donna’s class.
How to Enhance Your Energy
This upcoming weekly class is every Tuesday and helps individuals understand internal energy (chakras) and external energy and how to create an awareness to begin healing the body and mind from trapped emotions.
