Level 2: 4-Week Guided Meditation, Online Class Series

This class is more advanced than Level 1 and is designed to provide attendees with complex tools that build on Level 1 lessons.

In this 4-week, online series, learn heart coherence, relaxation, grounding techniques, and practice guided meditation. Meditation and deep breathing activate the parasympathetic nervous system, increasing neurotransmitters like GABA and serotonin while reducing cortisol levels. This shift promotes relaxation, decreases heart rate, and enhances a sense of calm, which is essential for the body to begin healing and to decrease the anxiety and stress that can contribute to heart and health problems. 

Through breathing techniques and guided imagery, this class focuses on alleviating stress and anxiety from the body and mind. Attendees share how calm they feel and how they are able to focus on the present moment. Join Donna’s meditation class to find peace in your racing mind and to sleep better.
