This 4-week online series is designed specifically for those who struggle to sit still. Together, we move beyond "quieting the mind" and focus on the biological shift your body needs to heal.
In this live Zoom series, we use guided meditation and deep breathwork to:
Lower cortisol: Reduce the "stress hormone" that keeps you on edge.
Activate the parasympathetic system: Move from "fight-or-flight" into "rest and digest."
Achieve heart-brain coherence: Create a synchronized state that lowers blood pressure and supports heart health.
