While meditation apps are everywhere, they can't see your progress or provide the energetic support of a live teacher. This 4-week online series is designed specifically for those who have anxiety, stress and may struggle to sit still. Together, we move beyond "quieting the mind" and focus on the biological shift your body needs to heal.
The Science of the Shift
In this live Zoom series, we use guided meditation and deep breathwork to:
Lower Cortisol: Reduce the "stress hormone" that keeps you on edge.
Activate the Parasympathetic System: Move from "Fight-or-Flight" into "Rest and Digest."
Achieve Heart-Brain Coherence: Create a synchronized state that lowers blood pressure and supports heart health.

Accessible Practice: We practice sitting upright in a comfortable chair with feet on the ground—perfect for all mobility levels.

Format: 4-Week Online Series (Live via Zoom)
Focus: Anxiety relief, nervous system reset, and heart-brain healing.
Experience Level: Beginner or Intermediate level welcome!
